We are a multicultural mineral makeup line that provides women with cosmetics that are free of any harsh chemicals or preservatives. All of our cosmetics are handmade in the USA and never contain parabens, bismuth oxychloride,talc or formaldehyde, which are found in many popular cosmetics. While providing you with healthy cosmetics, we are very proud to give part of our proceeds to families effected by Kawasaki Disease. These proceeds will be used to help families with treatment expenses, follow up EKG’s and Echo cardiograms. The owner of the company has a son whom was effected by this disease, which has made this an important part of the company’s mission.

MEET THE OWNER

latashanicole is owned by Latasha Wilkes. Latasha majored in business and marketing in college and attended art schools for fashion. She has been involved in the fashion and beauty industry since she was a child. She has also had the opportunity to travel the world where she had the chance to study different beauty trends. In 2010 her son became very sick with Kawasaki Disease, a rare condition in children that involves inflammation of the blood vessels and coronary artery in the heart, also the leading cause of heart disease in children. After hours of treatment her son soon recovered. She then began to reach out to other families and spread the word of this disease. She met many families that could not afford treatment or EKG’s for their children and families that have been in so much debt from the expense of saving their child’s life. Latasha decided to take what she loved to do and put it to good use to help these families. latashanicole was born.
